Beth Butterwick

Beth Butterwick has enjoyed a wonderful and varied career in Retail for over 26 years. Having completed a Fashion & Marketing Degree, she joined Marks & Spencer on their Graduate Training Scheme, where she spent 16 years in the Clothing Division. She joined Gap Inc. in 2005 as part of the Senior Management Team responsible for delivering the European Expansion Programme.
In 2009 she joined MS Mode BV, part of KKR's Maxeda Group and based in Amsterdam as Commercial Director, playing a key part in its performance improvement prior to its acquisition by Excellent Retail Brands. In 2011 she returned to the UK to take up a role at Bonmarché, the result of which was a successful sale process to Sun Europe LLP private equity. During her five years there as CEO, she steered the company through a massive turnaround, including a successful stock market flotation on AIM Listing in November 2013.
In September 2016 Beth joined Karen Millen a Global fashion retailer with 400 shops in 65 countries. Owned by Kaupthing bank, she took the business through a turnaround programme, which resulted in a successful sale of KM & Coast to Boohoo in 2019.
In 2019 she joined Jigsaw as an Operating Partner advising the major shareholder where she oversaw its ‘digital first’ modernisation programme. In 2021 Beth was appointed Jigsaw CEO to continue the acceleration of their exciting three-year Global Plan.
In recognition of Beth’s services to the retail industry, she was awarded the Draper’s 2015 Retail Personality of the Year. That same year she was made Barclay’s Businesswoman of the Year in recognition of her dedication and services to Bonmarché a Yorkshire-based business. In November 2017 Beth was awarded an Honorary Doctorate from the University of Huddersfield for her services in Retail.

Jay Coldren

Time Out Market

Jay Coldren joined Time Out Market as Chief Operating Officer of the Americas in 2021 and in 2022 was promoted to Time Out Market Co-CEO Development. In this role, Jay is leading the global expansion of Time Out Market and is responsible for new locations, investment, initial curation and site development.
Jay brings more than 30 years of hospitality experience spanning the restaurant, boutique hotel, and gourmet retail segments, and a strong background in development and expansion. Most recently, he served as the Executive Director of Hospitality for Streetsense, a creative consultancy in Washington, DC, where he developed a global hospitality practice advising clients such as KSL Hotels, Marriott International, and Live Nation. Prior to this, he served as the Global Brand Leader for EDITION Hotels, overseeing development and expansion; Managing Director for North American operations of the iconic gourmet retailer Dean & Deluca; and leadership roles at extraordinary properties such as the Michelin Three-Star Inn at Little Washington, The Inn at Loretto, The Claremont Resort and Spa and more. Jay has also worked as an independent restaurateur, co-owning and operating restaurants in Santa Fe, NM, Baltimore, MD, and Washington, DC.
Simone Dominici

Simone Dominici, CEO of KIKO Milano, has a vast array of high-profile international experience in the Consumer, Luxury, Beauty and Retail sectors, having worked for the top global groups over the last thirty years, across six countries and three continents.
Simone started his career at Arthur Andersen and then moved in Unilever up to the position of Vice President of the Food Italy Business Unit, then he became General Manager of Coin Department Store and subsequently, Executive Vice President Global Markets at Bottega Veneta, with responsibilities in Europe, America and Asia.
In 2018 he joined Coty, first in Geneva and then in the Amsterdam headquarters, where he strengthened performance in the EMEA region as its Executive Vice President, with responsibility for both the Consumer and Prestige Divisions, while also serving as Head of Global Revenue Management, accelerating sustainable value creation. As of September 2022, Simone became the CEO of KIKO Milano.

Alison Rehill-Erguven

Alison Rehill-Erguven brings more than two decades of extensive shopping mall and retail real estate experience having been based in and/or managed joint ventures, assets and teams in some of the world’s most prominent emerging markets across Asia, Europe and Latin America. In addition, she has more than 10 years of experience in the US market, working with global industry-leading commercial retail real estate companies and shopping mall operators, Simon Property Group and General Growth Properties.
Prior to joining Cenomi Centers, she held the role of CEO for Pradera Retail Asia (PRA), a joint venture that was formed with Macquarie Bank’s MIRA division, based in Shanghai, China for five years. This JV was subsequently acquired in 2021 by Brookfield Asset Management, one of the world’s largest alternative asset managers, where Alison led the transition of PRA into Brookfield and acted as Senior Advisor and Acting Head of Commercial Real Estate for Brookfield Properties in China where she was responsible for all retail assets including shopping malls, offices, and mixed-use developments.

Jamila Saidi

Jamila Saidi leads both the Retail & Luxury and Digital Commerce divisions at the UK’s Department for Business & Trade (DBT) where she is responsible for trade and investment promotion across those industries. Her focus is on galvanising British businesses to achieve their global growth ambitions. Her team provides retail and luxury companies with the advice, support, and tools they need to attain export success. She also leads the Department’s efforts for attracting inward investment from foreign based retail and luxury brands, promoting the UK as an ideal destination to set up or expand and grow their business.
Jamila oversees the department’s Digital Exporting Programme which has propelled thousands of companies on their international digital journey and helped them to achieve new levels of growth. She is passionate about getting brands ‘go global’ in the digital age and champions digital trade as key route to reaching a worldwide market, particularly for SMEs and women led or owned businesses.

He currently serves as Executive Director of Steen & Strøm department store for Promenaden Management Norway, who lead luxury & premium retail in Scandinavia. Promenaden is owned by MARK Capital Management. Department store concept development and turnaround are a passion for this school of life retailer.
